A. Yes, it's located inside your personal account. Make sure to update and save the new information.
Q. I want to reset the counter for my cards.
A. Each purchased card has a counter that can be reset.
Q. Do you provide an embed code?
A. Yes, you can. Each purchased card has its own embedcode.
Q. Can I change my card link?
A. Yes. Each purchased cardlink can be altered.
Q. What are the restrictions on a 60 day free trial?
A. You cannot reset the card counter, copy its embed code and change icard link.
Q. Can I keep track of my purchases?
A. Absolutely! Once inside your personal account, you can locate your purchases under “Purchase Summary”

Q. How many cards can I purchased with an account?
A. An unlimited number of cards
Q. Do you provide any graphics?
A. We provide you with some graphics such as the background of your card "skins", and icons. Skins and icons can be customized to fit your needs. Contact an approved intro60 design associate for details. You can also import your own.
Q. Can I import my own graphics?
A. Absolutely, if you know enough about photoshop or other similar software, you can create your own graphics and import them in a .jpg and .png format.
Q. What size should my skins and icons be?
A. Your “skin” card background size should be ( 523 pixels x 300 pixels)
– your icon size (60 pixels x 60 pixels)
Q. What size should my videos be?
A. Stick to the following sizes for better resolution:
(225 pixels x175), (260 pixels x193), (322 pixels x180), (402 pixels x 226), and (438 pixels x 240)
Q. Can I use a photo instead of a video?
A. Yes, you can

Q. Can I upload custom videos and which format should they be?

Q. Where can I preview your tutorials?
A. Click on the "Guided Tour" tab for a preview of our free tutorial. Full tutorials are available once you create an account.
Q. Do you offer “paid” support ?
A. We can offer a one- on-one coaching session online. Please contact us for a request.
Q. Would you consider giving a coaching session to a group?
A. Certainly, group coaching sessions and webinars are available. If you have a business and you need us to coach your group in a classroom, we will be happy to do that. Contact us for more deatils.

Q. Can we host our own intro60 card on our servers?
A. No. Our software contains propriatory source codes.
Q. Will my card be too heavy to go through an email?
A. No. It's simply a small html picture.
Q. Will spam filters screen my eMail with my card attached?
A. It is unlikely that your card will cause your eMail to be seen as Spam. Here are some different ways spam filters work. Some anti Spam programs can detect forged headers which are a sure indication that the email is Spam. Language filters simply filter out any email that is not in your native tongue. Content filters scan the text of an email and use fuzzy logic to give a weighted opinion as to whether the email is Spam. Permission filters block all email that does not come from an authorized source.
Q. How do I attach a card to my eMail signature?
A. Under the free tutorial section you will find enough information to create and embed your card to your email signature.
Q. How easy is it to enable or disable your eMail Signature?
A. It’s a simple process. We cover this information in detail in the tutorials.
Q. Can I attach an eMail address to an icon?
A. Certainly. Click on a selected icon, make sure it’s highlighted, then under the “insert hyperlink” in the icon menu bar, type - mailto:YourName@yourMailClient.com

Q. Can a commercial be inserted on your card?
A. Absolutely. You can insert a video in the front as well as the back.
